Growing up comes with so many changes—school, friendships, decisions about the future. In the middle of it all, one thing that can keep you steady is your faith in God. Faith is more than just believing, it’s trusting God even when you don’t have all the answers, and choosing to walk with Him daily.
So, how can you grow in faith as a teen girl? Let’s look at a few important truths:
What is Faith?
Faith is believing in what you can’t see yet. Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Faith means trusting God’s promises, even before they happen.
The Faith of Abraham
Abraham’s story shows us what it means to fully trust God. He left his home without knowing where he was going, all because God told him to. His faith wasn’t perfect, but he kept choosing to believe, and God blessed him.
The Mustard Seed Faith
Jesus said that even a small amount of faith—like a tiny mustard seed—can move mountains (Matthew 17:20). This means you don’t have to have it all figured out. Even small steps of trust matter to God.
Faith in Jesus’ Healing
Throughout the Bible, we see people healed because of their faith in Jesus. Their stories remind us that faith brings hope, change, and even miracles when we put our trust in Him.
Your Faith in God
Faith isn’t just for Bible characters, it’s for you, right now. Each day you can grow by reading God’s Word, praying, journaling, and choosing to trust Him with your life.
